Welcome to La Casa De Rosas!

We are very excited to bring the authentic taste of Puebla, Mexico to Northern Michigan. This small but mighty food truck is packed with lots of love and big flavor!

We opened our doors in spring of 2022 at Northland Brewing Co. The support and response we have received from our community has been overwhelming!

After 15 years working and learning in NYC restaurants Chef Rodrigo takes it back to his roots with this colorful menu. Inspired by his Mom’s kitchen in Mexico and cherished family recipes, he creates from the comfort classics and introduces original dishes.

Our offerings include crowd pleasing street tacos, to savory homemade soups and mouth watering salsas.
Chef consistently explores new flavors with seasonal and weekly specials and often incorporates locally grown ingredients.

As a couple and partners in business we are so grateful to have met in one of those NYC kitchens back in 2011.
We have done numerous pop ups all over NYC, supporting one another in our passion for food and sustainable fashion. In 2021 we opened our retail shop Market Mercado in downtown Indian River.

We are excited for the future growth of these businesses and honored to share our creative journey with you!
